# Instance Dashboard

Your instance dashboard can be accessed by opening the **Workspace Selector** in the top navigation bar and clicking **Back to Workspaces**.

The dashboard provides key metrics and information about what's happening in your Xano instance.

In addition to the dashboard, Xano automatically monitors your instance and sends **Instance Down** email alerts to instance admins when potential downtime is detected. These alerts include recommended steps such as performing a hard restart, adding database storage, or upgrading CPU capacity.
