All users are welcome to attend our weekly Office Hours sessions for live support and guidance from the Xano team and community.These sessions are free but require advance sign-up.

Email Support
Available to users on the Starter plan and above, email support lets you reach the Xano team directly by emailing support@xano.com. For faster resolution, please include:- A clear explanation of your issue
- Steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable

Users on the Starter, Pro, and Custom plans have access to live chat.To start a chat:
