What Kind of Support Is Available?

Here’s an overview of the support options by plan:

Community Support

All users can access the Xano Community to post questions and get help from other users and the Xano team.
To participate:
  • Sign in with your existing Xano account
  • Follow the Community Code of Conduct and Content Modification Policy

Office Hours

All users are welcome to attend our weekly Office Hours sessions for live support and guidance from the Xano team and community.
These sessions are free but require advance sign-up.

Email Support

Available to users on the Starter plan and above, email support lets you reach the Xano team directly by emailing support@xano.com. For faster resolution, please include:
  • A clear explanation of your issue
  • Steps to reproduce it
  • Screenshots or error messages if applicable

Live Chat Support

Users on the Starter, Pro, and Custom plans have access to live chat.
To start a chat:
  1. Log into your Xano workspace
  2. Click the Help icon in the lower-left corner
  3. Select Support Chat

Want Faster Support?

If you require faster response times or support for mission-critical scenarios, Xano offers the following support options beyond standard channels.

Enterprise Support (Included with Custom Plans)

Included with all Custom plans, SLA-based support ensures faster and more predictable response times. Critical issues are subject to defined resolution time commitments, with service availability and uptime governed by SLAs.

White House Support (Custom Plan Add-On)

Available to Custom plan users, White House Support provides an emergency escalation path with named resources for critical outages and high-severity incidents.

Learning Resources

All users have access to Xano’s free learning content and educational resources, including:
  • Xano Learn – tutorials and articles
  • Xano YouTube Channel – video walkthroughs
  • Xano Community – Q&A and discussions

Hire a Certified Expert

All users can work with vetted Certified Experts for hands-on help with projects, troubleshooting, or coaching.
